Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
  • Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
  • Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
  • Creating, optimizing and monitoring corporate travel policies.
  • Analyzing and preparing reports on travel budgets.
  • Bench the market for competitors’ products and packages related to travel to analysis, create and search for new ideas to maximum business share.
  • Research, identify, target and solidify relationships with new and existing corporate partners.
  • Increase brand awareness through involvement in travel related organizations.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets Develop and conduct personal marketing and promotional visits to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in tourism and travel sales, marketing, business development, public relation / administration or operations.
