Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
- Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
- Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
- Creating, optimizing and monitoring corporate travel policies.
- Analyzing and preparing reports on travel budgets.
- Bench the market for competitors’ products and packages related to travel to analysis, create and search for new ideas to maximum business share.
- Research, identify, target and solidify relationships with new and existing corporate partners.
- Increase brand awareness through involvement in travel related organizations.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets Develop and conduct personal marketing and promotional visits to potential clients.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in tourism and travel sales, marketing, business development, public relation / administration or operations.
